We make every effort to get your orders shipped as soon as possible so once an order is processing, we are not able to stop it.
You may skip your monthly vitamin shipments as many times as you would like as long as you do so 24 or more hours before the order processes. You may also contact our customer service team if you need more than a one month pause. The Customer Service team is able to pause 1-4 months at a time should you need that extra time. You can cancel your own subscription by completing the cancellations form (it's short and please enter the correct email on your Tespo account). You may find the cancellation form HERE. It's important to remember we need a minimum of 24 hours to guarantee we can stop your order. If your cancellation form is sent in after 2pm EST on Saturday, it will not be cancelled until Monday morning during business hours. If your order is set to process, in that time frame, please use the skip feature to skip that months shipment. By completing this online form, you agree that we cannot stop orders that will process within 24 business hours of completion. You will receive a confirmation email with your form submission results, and our team will follow up as soon as your request has been completed.
If it takes our team longer than 24 hours to cancel your subscription, any charges for our products will be reversed (that's only fair!). You may use the timestamp on the email you receive with your cancellations form results as the start of the 24 hours. Please note, if the incorrect information is entered, we are not responsible for canceling the subscription within the quoted 24 hours.
