If you had connected a dispenser and then received a new unit, you will need to unregister the previous machine from you app to set up the newest unit. OR if you have a new WiFi provider, you will need to unregister and reconnect your dispenser. Please follow the steps below
**Keep in mind, if you unregister your dispenser and do not reconnect, you will no longer earn rewards for your servings.
1. Please open the Tespo App
2. Click 'Let's get started'
3. Enter Your Email address and Password, then click 'Let's Go!'
4. Please click on the person icon in the upper right corner as indicated by the arrow below
5. Next, the menu page will come up
6. Please click on 'Dispenser' as indicated by the arrow below
7. Next, on the dispenser page, you will see all of the dispenser's information listed
8. Please click on 'Unregister Dispenser' as indicated by the arrow above
9. If you are connecting a new/replacement dispenser or connect to a new WiFi network, the 'Unregister Dispenser' will change to 'Register Dispenser' once clicked. Then click 'Register Dispenser' and follow the prompts on the app to connect your unit.

i done this already more then a few tales
Not even a valid answer since the old app no longer let's you sign in and make changes. Ugh. How do you get it to connect to the new app? Seems like a major issue, and one no one is addressing.
