We make every effort to get your orders shipped as soon as possible so once an order is processed, we are not able to stop it.
You may skip your monthly vitamin shipments as many times as you would like as long as you do so more than 24 hours before an order processes. You may also contact our customers service team if you need more than a one month pause. The Customer Service team is able to pause 1-4 months at a time should you need that extra time. You can cancel your own subscription by switching your vitamins to one-time only. Otherwise, you are welcome to contact our customer service team a minimum of one business day before you next order will ship.
