Adding a profile is the ideal way for more than one person to use the same dispenser. In addition, this will allow you to track and claim your vitamins while allowing other members of your household to do the same.
Everyone using the same dispenser should share one account with their own profile. Ideally, you would use the email associated with your Tespo account and subscriptions. (Not to mention, this will help make sure you get the $50 placed on the correct account)
Start by opening the app on your mobile device.
Please click on 'Let's Get Started'.
Do not choose create an account. Anyone using the dispenser needs to be on the same account but have their own profile. Instead you will need the Email and Password for the person who created the original profile.
Once you have the original profile Email and Password please enter it in the correct boxes.
Then click 'Let's Go!'
After you click 'Let's Go!' the next screen will show a list of the other profiles on the account. You want to click on Create New Profile.
After you click on 'create new profile' you will see the next screen to Add a Profile.
Please enter the requested information and click Save.

The profile screen does not appear after logging in.
