We get it. Sometimes you need a little extra time before your next order processes. With our skip feature, you can push your next order back one month. It's important to request a pause a minimum of 24 hours before an order will process. Any pause request made less than 24 hours prior to processing may not be honored for the current month but will push back the next order for the following month.
Do you need to pause for longer? Are you having trouble pausing on your own? No problem! Our Customer Service team would be happy to help. We can pause for up to four months at a time. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will confirm as soon as possible.
To pause your subscription-
You will need to go to your account section https://gettespo.com/my-account/
If you're not logged into your account, you can login from the homepage at the top right
Once you're on the account page, you will want to view your subscriptions. You can access your subscriptions on the left hand side of your screen:
If you're on your phone or tablet, you may have to select the drop down menu labeled "My Account Menu":
Once you're viewing your subscriptions, you will want to find the subscription you wish you pause. Be sure to select a subscription that is listed as "Active" since you can't pause an "Expired" or "Cancelled" subscription... not to mention, you probably didn't come here to pause an inactive subscription.
Next to "Subscription ID" is the skip button. Once you click skip, your subscription will move back one month. You can only do this once a month, but you can always contact our team if you need more than one month.
You may need to confirm that you want to pause:
Click 'OK' and your subscription will be paused for one month.
