How do I spend my points?

To spend your Tespo Coins, first you will need to redeem your accrued rewards points in your Tespo account. Once redeemed, you can apply your coins to any new product or an upcoming subscription.

Keep in mind, any application towards an upcoming subscription needs to be done before an order processes. You earned those Tespo Coins and we want you to use them!

Now to the fun part! How to spend your points :) 

Applying Points to a Subscription/Recurring Order:

First, log on to your account on our website: https://gettespo.com/my-account/

The next page you will come to is your account dashboard. It should look like this:

On the far left, click on the 'Your Subscriptions' button. Here you will see all of your subscriptions. Find the subscription you would like to apply your rewards points to and click view. 

Click 'Apply Rewards', a few seconds later your screen should refresh and show a lower amount of Tespo rewards collected, confirming that the points have been applied.

 

You did it! Your rewards points will apply to your next reoccurring order. Yay! 

Applying Points to a New Order:

In order to apply points to a New Order, you will first have to add your items to your cart. Once you are ready to check out, click the "Checkout" in the top right corner. At the very top of the page, you are able to apply the Tespo Coins to your order. Click "Apply Discount". 

 Complete your billing/shipping details and place the order. You did it! Your rewards points applied to your new order.
