What do the lights mean on my Tespo Connect?

WiFi Indicator 

• WIFI LED is Red
  • Your dispenser is not connect to your network
• WIFI LED is Yellow
  • Your dispenser has successfully connected to the Tespo Network
• WIFI LED is Green
  • Your dispenser has successfully connected to your home network
• WiFi LED is Blue
  • Your dispenser has successfully connected to your app, you're all set! 

The WiFi LED is RED and my app isn’t tracking my rewards

• Your dispenser is not connected to your home WiFi, please reconnect in the Tespo App
  
  • Troubleshoot: follow the walk through in the App to reconnect, you will need your Tespo Account and wifi password to sign in

Water Tank indicator

The dispenser will not dispense with roughly one inch of water or less

• Water LED – Red
  • Tank empty – fill with water
• Water LED – Yellow
  • Tank under half filled – fill with more water
• Water LED – Green
  • Tank filled

Cells Remaining indicator 

• 3 Green LEDs indicate a full pod
• 2 Green LEDs indicate a half filled pod
• 1 Green LED indicates pod is almost empty
• 1 yellow LED indicates pod has less than 3 servings remaining
• 3 Red LEDs indicate pod error or pod empty
