It should be noted that this step is only for the original Tespo dispenser (SILVER) and is not recommended for the Tespo Connect.
If your dispenser is giving you a low water message but the water tank is full, the water sensor may need to be re-calibrated. Don't worry; it's much easier than it sounds.
Step 1: Place your clean finger into a full water tank on the back of the dispenser.
Step 2: While placing your finger inside the full water tank, you should see the Go button turn from red to green. If you see the Go button turn green, continue to Step 3. If it does not turn green, please email us to discuss other options.
Step 3: With a dry hand, unplug your dispenser from the wall outlet then from the back of your dispenser.
Step 4: Pour out all the water from the back of the water tank and wipe clean with a new paper towel.
Step 5: Plug the power cord into the back of the Tespo dispenser. While plugging the power cord into the wall outlet, hold the Tespo Go button down for 10 seconds right when you plug the power into the wall outlet.
Step 6: After 10 seconds, fill the water tank up fully and place a disc into your machine. Your Go button should now show green.
If you're still having trouble, please email us at info@gettespo.com and let our team know you've already worked through the calibration steps. We will do everything possible to assist you.
