By utilizing low-energy infrared sensors, the Tespo Dispenser is able to recognize used servings and automatically rotate your Tespo Pod to the next available serving. Even if you remove your pod, Tespo will remember your remaining servings the next time you insert your pod.

Where are the vitamins that are inside the pods made ?
The vitamins are packaged at Tespo's headquarters in Plymouth, Michigan.
So, if mine is creating "empty" shots after I switch pods, does that imply that something is defective? The pod spins, I hear it click like it's doing something, but the shot winds up water.
Hey James! We reached out via email and haven't heard back yet. A missed shot can occur due to an issue with the foil on the pod or the sensors on the dispenser. If the pod tray is clean and clear, please reach out to our customer service team so we can find the best solution. You may just need an update to your dispenser's software.
